Please ask at reception about what dates are scheduled for the immunisation and book early where possible.
Well Person Checks / Health Check
Discuss any concerns with a GP or Practice Nurse during a routine appointment.
We also have a Health check programme running and if you are aged between 40 and 75 and do not already have yearly checks you will be invited to attend the surgery to see Christine Duckworth or Jayne Williams our Health Care Assistants, if you have not been invited and would like to attend please contact the surgery on 01942 481423.
